Group and key executives of KOSDAQ-listed S Company, finished joint talks on
the upcoming Korea-China industrial complex in Langfang,
China, on Jan. 5-6, 2019.

Company decided to actively cooperate with Miraeohsung Group on its business projects in
Shandong Province, which was selected as the Korean organizer.
The Miraeohsung
Group and S Company have agreed to prioritize some of the ongoing projects for
Shandong businesses as well as new businesses in China.
The
final selection of business items will be carried out after completing the
detailed procedures necessary for comprehensive investment compatibility
review, including due diligence, technicality evaluation and business
feasibility analysis.
